The Challenge

Managing complex coordination between multiple disciplines while integrating emerging liquid cooling technology within a fast-track hyperscale project timeline.

The Strategy

Implemented a centralized BIM coordination workflow supported by a rigorous quality control process, incorporating regular clash detection, design reviews, and close stakeholder collaboration to maintain alignment and resolve issues at an early stage. Maintained strong coordination between architecture, structure and MEPF and telecom systems through regular reviews and validation checks. A multi-level quality control process ensured that model data, drawings, and layouts remained consistent and error free.

The Implementation

fivD developed federated BIM models, conducted continuous clash detection and resolution workshops, coordinated with all stakeholders, and produced detailed, construction ready packages aligned with project timelines. Seamless integration of liquid cooling infrastructure to support high-density compute environments, optimizing thermal performance and energy efficiency.

The Outcome

Delivered a highly coordinated, clash-free BIM model enabling smooth construction execution, reduced onsite conflicts, and enhanced performance through efficient cooling system integration.
